The Pastor is the Spiritual and Executive Leader of the Parish. Everyone reports to him with the recommendations and problems encountered to insure an efficiently run organization. The pastor is appointed by the Bishop.
Hello! My name is Fr. Ted Jost and I'm the pastor of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. Please stop by and see me or call for an appointment if you want to sit down and talk. I want you to know that I and the staff are here for you. These are tough days for Christian families and I want to help you in any way I can to come closer to our dear Lord, Jesus, and his wonderful Catholic Church! I just really believe that our faith can help us so much in our lives. Every priest is different and has a different style. I think, as we continue to become acquainted, you will find my style is very collaborative. I want to serve you but I also hope that you will consider your gifts and talents and get involved, serving the needs of the people of God at St. Jude the Apostle. I'm not just saying that; I really want to hear from you and get your input on things. I'm an extravert and I like to have fun so I look forward to talking with you soon! Thank you for all you do and be assured of my prayers and support. Whatever the future brings, we will meet it with the faith that comes to us from God through His one, holy, catholic and apostolic church! Peace!
